By accessing and shopping on the Fresky store, you agree to the following terms.

Orders & Payments
All orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel any order and issue a full refund if a product becomes unavailable. Prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees and are subject to change without notice.

Shipping
Orders are dispatched within 48 hours. Delays may occasionally occur due to inventory, courier, or public holidays. Fresky is not responsible for delays caused by the courier once the order has been dispatched.

Returns & Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and in original condition with tags attached. Acid wash pieces are eligible for size exchange only.

Product Accuracy
We make every effort to display products as accurately as possible. Colours may vary slightly due to screen settings. Measurements listed in size charts are in inches and serve as a guide only.

Intellectual Property
All content on this store including images, graphics, and copy is the property of Fresky. Reproduction or use without permission is not permitted.

Changes to Terms
Fresky reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the store constitutes acceptance of any changes.
